Can Makinist

Can Makinist has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career in 2012 as a Working Student at Landschaftsverband Westfalen-Lippe and then went on to work as a Redakteur at The Message Magazine from 2014 to 2016. In 2015, they co-founded Noisyme | Swave, a platform to discover content from leading sound and video platforms. They also worked at kununu DACH as an Intern Content & Marketing and later as a Marketing & Content Employee from 2015 to 2017. Can Makinist then joined Soundfund as a Founder in 2016.

From 2017 onwards, Can Makinist has been working at kununu, starting as a Junior Performance Marketing Manager and progressing to roles such as Performance Marketing Manager and Senior Performance Marketing Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Performance Marketing since March 2022.

Can Makinist enrolled in the University of Vienna in 2011 and pursued a field of study in Internationale Betriebswirtschaft until 2012. After that, from 2012 to 2016, Can Makinist continued their education at the University of Vienna, majoring in Publizistik-u.Kommunikationswissenschaft.
