Daniel Utrilla Mellinas has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of design. Daniel is currently working as the Head of UX Design at kununu, where they lead and manages the UX Design team, focusing on creating exceptional user experiences and providing strategic direction. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Designer at Runtastic GmbH from December 2022 to May 2023.
Before joining Runtastic, Daniel worked at onlyfy by XING, where they held multiple roles including UX Team Lead and Senior UX Designer. In these roles, they were involved in product definition, integration, and designing user experiences for talent acquisition platforms. Daniel mentored other UX designers, conducted user research, implemented end-to-end solutions, and ensured design quality and consistency.
Daniel also worked as a Design Lead and Design Thinking Expert at Impact Hub Network from September 2016 to April 2020, where they contributed to design leadership and expertise. Additionally, they worked as a freelance UX and CX design consultant from August 2016 to April 2020, offering their services to various clients.
Daniel'searlier experiences include working as a Visual Digital Designer at zimtfilm from November 2016 to July 2017, and as a Product and Digital Designer at luiseslavaStudio from February 2014 to October 2015. Daniel started their career as an Industrial and Graphic Designer at I-Caseboard from September 2012 to February 2014.
Daniel Utrilla Mellinas completed their education at two different institutions. From 2007 to 2011, they attended Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, where they obtained a University Degree of Industrial Engineer with a Mechanical specialty. Daniel'sfield of study during this time is not specified.
