Sandra Kragl

Sandra Kragl has a diverse work experience in the field of user experience design. Sandra currently works as a UX Designer at kununu since May 2020. Prior to this, they were a UX Lead at xxxldigital - Part of XXXLutz KG from April 2019 to May 2020. As a Manager of User Experience Design at CA Technologies Automation (previously Automic Software), they established a user experience department and introduced user-centered design in the development process from April 2018 to March 2019. Sandra also worked as a Product/UX Designer at CA Technologies Automation, where they designed business process automation software for three agile development teams from September 2014 to March 2019.

Before their time at CA Technologies Automation, Sandra worked as a UX Researcher at is-design from November 2013 to February 2014 and at design for all from March 2013 to April 2013. Additionally, they served as a Teaching Assistant at Technische Universität Wien from November 2010 to July 2012. Throughout their career, Sandra has gained experience in various aspects of user experience design, including requirements engineering, user research, prototyping, visual design, and agile development methodologies.

Sandra Kragl has a strong educational background in the field of Media Informatics. Sandra obtained a Master's Degree in Media Informatics from Technische Universität Wien, studying from 2011 to 2014. Prior to their master's, they also completed a Bachelor's Degree in Media Informatics at the same institution, from 2008 to 2011.

Before pursuing their higher education, Sandra attended Bundesbildungsanstalt für Kindergartenpädagogik from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a High School degree. Sandra'sfield of study during this time was Pedagogy for Kindergarten.

In addition to their academic achievements, Sandra has obtained certifications. Sandra earned a UX Certificate from Nielsen Norman Group in October 2019 and a Business English Certificate Higher (C1) from Cambridge Assessment English in May 2017.
