ALEJANDRA BENAVIDES

Alejandra Benavides has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. ALEJANDRA began their career in 2008 as a Coordinador de Operaciones at GRUPO SID, where they were responsible for order processing, warehouse management, and team coordination. From 2010 to 2015, they worked as a PM at SC, Consultores, overseeing project deliveries and providing financial and technical updates to the General Manager.

In 2015, Alejandra joined IKAL corp. as a PMO, where they managed project results, prepared executive reports, and supervised deviations and corrective actions.

ALEJANDRA then worked at Redeti / Conacyt from 2017 to 2018 as a PM / Consultor Procesos Sector Automotriz, leading a project focused on the adoption and assimilation of technological innovation and process improvement in the automotive sector. This involved analyzing processes, identifying areas of opportunity, and implementing projects for various companies.

From 2018 to 2019, Alejandra was part of the Oficina de gestión de proyectos at PMO EXTERNAL SERVICES.

ALEJANDRA then joined Danone in 2019, initially as a member of the Industrial Project Management Office and later transitioning to the role of PMO Manager from 2021 to 2023.

Currently, Alejandra works as a Project Manager at Kuona since 2023.

Alejandra Benavides obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Universidad del Valle de México from 2012 to 2015. In 2016, they earned an Associate's degree in the Development of project management skills from the Universidad MONDRAGON-UCO. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2005, Alejandra attended the Instituto Estatal para Capacitación Estado de Michoacán, where they obtained a degree as an Electronic Engineering Technician. ALEJANDRA has also received additional certifications, including being a Certified Management 3.0 Fundamentals from Management 3.0 in August 2020 and a Certified Disciplined Agilist from the Disciplined Agile Consortium in February 2020.
