Brenda V. has over 17 years of experience in the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition field. Brenda began their career in 2004 as a Recruiter/Researcher at Amrop Hever. In 2006, they moved to Definity First as an IT Recruiter. Brenda then moved to Axis Technical Group in 2007 as a Senior IT Recruiter, where they worked until 2012. After that, they returned to Definity First as a Human Resources & Marketing Manager and Human Resources & Special Projects Coordinator. In 2018, they moved to Soluciones Creativas Capital Humano as a People and Culture Manager. In 2021, they became the Head of People at Graphite and then the Head of Talent & Culture at Kuona. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for providing strategic Human Capital support, increasing employee engagement, and managing the day-to-day operations of Human Capital functional areas.

Brenda V. has a BA in Business Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey (2000-2001). In 2006, they obtained a Diploma in 2 Day Recruiter Marathon from Morgan Consulting Group in the field of Human Resources. In 2017, they completed a Certificate in Positive Psychology from Universidad Tecmilenio. In 2019, they completed a course in Estrés Laboral y sus Implicaciones en las empresas mexicanas - Actualización en la NOM-035-STPS-2018 from Inteligencia Empresarial in the field of Human Resources. In 2020, they completed a Diplomado in Project Management from CAINTRA. Additionally, Brenda V. has obtained certifications in How to Manage a Remote Team from GitLab (2023), Introduction to People Analytics from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (2019), and Nutrition for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention from Coursera Verified Certificates (2013).
