Heta Orava

Heta Orava currently serves as a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Technical Physics at the University of Eastern Finland since August 2024. Prior to this role, Heta Orava has been a Researcher at Kuopio University Hospital's Diagnostic Imaging Center since January 2020 and completed a Doctoral Researcher position at the University of Eastern Finland from May 2019 to June 2024, focusing on computed tomography imaging and functional modelling of cartilage and bone. Heta Orava's experience includes various trainee roles at the University of Eastern Finland, where work involved projects related to seismic modeling, 3D design, and simulations of groundwater resources.
