Reni Montt

Reni Montt has a diverse work experience starting in 2009 as a Consultora de Reclutamiento y Selección at Selecto Consultores, where they were responsible for conducting mass and individual selection processes for Grupo BBVA. Reni then worked as Encargada de Recursos Humanos at Fundacion Chilenter from 2010 to 2012, where they planned and developed the Human Resources area and implemented strategies aligned with organizational guidelines.

After that, they joined Soprole as Encargada Gestion de Personas from 2012 to 2014, where they supported and facilitated organizational performance improvement for divisions such as Administration and Finance, Sales, and People and Organization. Reni was responsible for recruitment and selection, organizational development, and training initiatives, as well as performance evaluation and talent development.

From 2014 to 2017, Reni worked at Agrosuper as a Generalista Desarrollo Organizacional, Los Fiordos, where they played a key role in organizational development. Reni then joined Puelche Human Consulting as a Psicóloga Consultora for a brief period in 2017.

Most recently, Reni has been working at Universidad Austral de Chile Sede Puerto Montt as Jefa de Bienestar de Personal y Estudiantil since 2017. In this role, they have been overseeing employee and student well-being programs and initiatives. In 2021, they joined Kura Biotech as a People Growth Specialist.

Reni Montt began their education in 2004 at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where they pursued a degree in Psychology. Reni successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2009. In 2021, they returned to Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile to further their education by completing a program in Executive Coaching.
