Jung Lee has a diverse range of work experience in the restaurant industry. Jung is currently the Vice President of Supply Chain at Kura Sushi USA. Prior to this, they worked as the Inventory Manager for Eureka! Restaurant Group from 2015 to 2019, where they managed compliance and provided support to General Managers and Executive Chefs. Jung also has experience at Kona Grill, where they held various roles including Operational Support Manager, Corporate Sushi Culinary Trainer, and Sushi Chef Manager. Jung also owned and operated OiShii Restaurant and worked as a Sushi Chef at Sapporo and RA Sushi Bar Restaurant.

Jung Lee completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance at the W. P. Carey School of Business – Arizona State University from 1996 to 2001.
