Jason Ware

Jason Ware is an experienced Operations Manager and Process Engineer currently employed at Kuraray America, Inc. since September 2015. Previously, Jason held several roles at DuPont from June 2012 to September 2015, including Fluoroproducts Research Process Engineer, where responsibilities included managing area design changes, planning improvements, leading process hazard analyses, and troubleshooting in high hazard areas related to Teflon* research. Jason also contributed as a Teflon* Granular Process Engineer, focusing on daily plant operations, long-term improvements, incident investigations, and obtaining Six Sigma greenbelt certification.
