Ayhan Sidal is a seasoned professional in digital transformation and information technology with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Digital Transformation & Information Technology at Kuraray Europe GmbH since January 2024, Ayhan previously held the position of Principal at the European 4.0 Transformation Center, leading strategic digitalization projects and developing comprehensive transformation roadmaps. Prior roles include Digital Solution Architect at the Digital Capability Center Aachen, where Ayhan focused on IoT applications, and Research Assistant at Access e.V., contributing to data-intensive application development. With a background in automation solutions at Imatek Makina and as an Industrial Electronics Technician at LG.Philips Displays, Ayhan possesses a rich technical foundation supported by dual degrees in Business Administration and Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and a German Professional Apprenticeship in Industrial Electronics.
