Dr. Jörg Schappel

JoNataye Prather, PhD, MSW, PSM-I, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and education consulting. Currently serving as a Project Manager / Business Consultant at Nationwide since September 2022, Prather has also held significant roles such as Education Consultant at The Shaw Group, LLC since January 2013, and Senior Project Manager at Union Institute & University from August 2018 to December 2022. Additionally, Prather has contributed to academia as a Contributing Professor at Walden University and Assistant Professor at Tarleton State University and Ohio Dominican University.
