Renee Wormsley, SSH, CSHO, CLA, serves as the Director of Safety, Health Wellness, Environment & Internal Sustainability for Turner & Townsend in North America, where responsibilities include developing and implementing the company's first SHWE&S program and managing safety compliance across multiple projects. With extensive experience in safety management, Renee previously held roles at ExxonMobil, where oversight included continuous improvement initiatives and training for contractors, and worked with Shell in various capacities to promote safety culture and compliance.
