Currently serving as Director of PVB Operations Europe at Kuraray Europe GmbH since July 1997, Holger has held various leadership roles including Head of Operations PVB, Leiter Produktion & Technik, and Leiter R&D. Previously, Holger worked at HT Troplast AG as Leiter Technik from 1994 to 1997 and at Hüls Troisdorf AG as Leiter Fertigung from 1992 to 1994. Academic qualifications include a Dr.-Ing. in Kunststofftechnik and a Dipl.-Ing. in Maschinenbau, Kunststoff- und Verfahrenstechnik, both obtained from Paderborn University.
