Kenji Komatsu

Kenji Komatsu is currently a corporate auditor at Kuraray. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Recruiter Specialist at Kuraray Co., Ltd. from April 2010 to February 2016. In this role, they were in charge of recruiting graduates and undergraduates in Eastern Japan, managing recruiting of Western Japan, and improving and developing Human Resources programs particularly in the fields of recruiting, selection of candidates, diversity and multi-culture trainings and performance management systems. Kenji also developed and implemented new training for new employees with 4 or less years of experiences.

Kenji Komatsu graduated from Tokyo University with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree. Kenji is certified by the SHRM as a SHRM-CP (SHRM Certified Professional) and by the Japan Federation of Labor and Social Security Attorney's Associations as a Sharoushi (Labor and Social Security Attorney in Japan).
