Daniela Mattheus

Daniela Mattheus currently serves as a member of the Supervisory Board for multiple organizations including JENOPTIK, CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA, Deutsche Bahn, and Commerzbank AG, where responsibilities include roles such as Deputy Chair of the Audit & ESG Committee and Chair of the ESG Committee. Additionally, Daniela holds the position of Chair of the Audit Committee at Die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes and is a Co-Owner and Senior Board Advisor at ECBE European Center for Board Effectiveness. With a background in law, Daniela has been a lecturer on topics related to finance, risk management, and governance at prestigious institutions including Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht Berlin. Academic qualifications include two legal state examinations from Heidelberg University and OLG Zweibrücken, along with earlier studies at The Philipp University of Marburg.
