Issa Chomani

Issa Chomani is an experienced media professional currently serving as a Correspondent at Kurdistan 24 since August 2022. Previously, Issa held the position of Senior News Producer at Rudaw Media Network from November 2018 to October 2022. Other notable roles include project coordinator at Kurdish Human Rights Watch from February 2017 to 2019, admin officer at British International Schools in Kurdistan from 2017 to February 2018, and involvement with the Society of Petroleum Engineers-UKH as President from October 2016 to October 2017. Issa began an academic journey at the University of Kurdistan Hewlêr, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Natural Resources Engineering and Management from 2013 to 2017.
