Lunden Souza has a diverse work experience across various roles and companies. Lunden is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Life Like Lunden Health Coaching, where they provide one-on-one and group coaching online programs to help women break the all or nothing mindset and strengthen themselves from the inside out. Lunden also serves as the Head of Marketing Communications at Kuri - Climate-Friendly Cooking, contributing to the company's marketing efforts.

In addition, Lunden has worked as an Assistant Editor & Writer for Best Holistic Life Magazine, where they focus on creating "Confident Content Consistently" for health and wellness online entrepreneurs. Lunden also hosts the Self Love & Sweat THE PODCAST, offering motivation, mindset, and fitness coaching, as well as interviewing high-performing individuals from around the world.
