Romane Maire has a diverse range of work experience. In 2015, they worked as a Sales Associate at Pierre Marcolini - Les chocolats de l'Iris. In 2017, they served as a Hotel Representative Agent at W Hotels. The following year, they worked as a Project Development Coordinator at 228 Litres and as a Venture President at LSE SU Entrepreneurs. In 2019, they were a Summer Analyst at Investec. From 2020 to 2021, they held the role of Digital Graduate Product Analyst and Business Analyst at Investec. In 2016, they co-founded Kuri, an app focused on personalized, shoppable recipes. Currently, they are working as a Product Manager at HIVED.

Romane Maire completed a Global Master's in Management program at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2018, Romane obtained a degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Kent, specializing in Social Sciences. In 2016 and 2017, Romane studied Politics and Public Administration at The University of Hong Kong. Romane's education journey began at Lycée Hoche, where a Baccalaureate degree in Economics and Maths was obtained from 2012 to 2014. In addition to these educational experiences, Romane obtained a certification in Entrepreneurship in emerging economies from HarvardX in April 2021.
