As the Director of Marketing & Communications at Kurita America Inc. since January 2020, Deborah oversees brand strategy, lead generation, and digital media efforts. Previously, Deborah held senior marketing roles at Autodata Solutions, where efforts centered on data-driven solutions for the automotive industry, and at Mortenson, managing marketing for over $1 billion in renewable energy sales. Additional experience includes leading marketing initiatives at Hillcrest Capital Partners, Greer Advertising, and Polaris Inc. Deborah holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business.
