Eric Kilburg

Eric Kilburg has extensive work experience in various managerial and technical roles. Eric currently serves as the Engineering Manager of the Process Equipment Division at the Kurt J. Lesker Company since 2022. Before that, they worked at ChemDAQ, Inc. as the Manager of Engineering, Production, and Technical Services from 2021 to 2022, and prior to that, they were the Manager of Production and Technical Services from 2021 to 2021.

Kilburg also worked as the Plant Manager and Mill Manager at Miller Wood Supply from 2020 to 2021, where they played a crucial role in site startup, equipment installation, workforce hiring, and developing best practices for daily operations.

In 2019, Kilburg worked as the Manufacturing Manager at Gaven Industries. Eric then held the position of Equipment Division Manager at Mallet and Company, Inc. from 2016 to 2019, where they managed engineering, manufacturing, spare parts, and service for the Equipment Division, focusing on commercial and retail baking applications.

From 2013 to 2016, Kilburg was a Sole Proprietor at Epic Systems, and prior to that, they worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as the International Business Development & Product Manager from 2012 to 2013, and as the Engineering & Operations/Site Leader from 2006 to 2012.

Eric also served as the Engineering Manager at ESS in 2005, and was a Sole Proprietor at Epic Systems from 2001 to 2005. Kilburg's earlier role as a Senior Technical Account Manager was at think3 from 2003 to 2005.

Eric Kilburg attended Iowa State University from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
