Dorothy Hanlon-McGee, MA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 36 years of work experience in various human resources roles. Dorothy currently serves as the Human Resource Director at Kurt Weiss Greenhouses Inc., where they have transformed HR into a strategic business partner and implemented a fully integrated HRIS platform.
