Scott Gellman

Scott Gellman is currently the COO/CFO at Kurtosys Systems. Scott has over 20 years of experience in finance and operations. Scott has held various positions including Interim CFO, COO & CFO, AVP - Financial Strategy, and Manager.

Gellman founded Kurtosys Systems in 2002 and has been responsible for the global finance, delivery, engineering, infrastructure, business operations, support, legal, human resources and talent acquisition functions. Under their leadership, the company has seen a 4x increase in revenue and a 15x improvement in Gross Margin %. Scott has also increased headcount from 5 to 150+ FTEs and achieved cash flow generation and profitability in 2018. In addition, they have improved employee retention from 50% to 95%+ and the company's ranking on Glassdoor from 2.5 to 4.2.

Scott Gellman attended Corona Del Mar Highschool before obtaining their Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara. Scott then completed their MBA at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business.
