Fabian Chavez

Fabian Chavez has over 29 years of work experience. Fabian began their career in 1990 as an Operations Supervisor for UPS. In 2001, they became the Director of Global Aftersales Operations for Oakley, where they managed reverse logistics processes and provided leadership and guidance to global service teams across 10 countries. Fabian also reduced scrap by 40%, increased annual revenue by $1M, improved incoming inspection RMA quality yields from 75% to 98%, and decreased repair turnaround from 20 to five days. In 2011, they were the Operations Manager for RED Digital Cinema, where they designed, deployed, and managed Global Service Centers with a $5M operating budget. In 2017, they were the Founder/Director of Operations for OPS-X and the Director of Global Operations for JR286. At JR286, they managed global operations for a premier global sports equipment/accessories company, designed, developed, sourced, and commercialized products, and oversaw warehouse operations in China and the US. In 2019, they became the Vice President of Operations for KushCo Holdings, Inc.

Fabian Chavez obtained a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona in 2003. Fabian also holds certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management.
