Sridhar Tirumala has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Sridhar co-founded and served as Co-CEO at Vishwam Corp, an Artificial Intelligence company focused on extracting human emotions and personality using audio and visual data. Later, they founded Sukshi, aimed at facilitating human connection through emotional intelligence in digital communication channels. Sridhar also worked as the Director of Education at Institute of Sukshi and served as Chief Strategy Officer at Kushi, an initiative focused on the inner transformation of young girls. Sridhar also worked as the Director of Business Strategy at Ayaam World. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, they co-founded and served as CEO at Trupik Inc, a start-up specializing in online virtual fitting room technology. Sridhar Tirumala completed their education at two reputable institutions. From 1991 to 1995, they attended IIT Madras, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Technology. Following that, they pursued their higher studies at Virginia Tech from 1995 to 1999, earning a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree. Kushi is essentially about empowering women through an inner transformation. To help women discover for themselves, the joy of being self reliant! At Kushi , we work towards the inner transformation of women for empowering her to be self-sustainable. We work with girls who have the passion of doing something, had a set goal but were challenged by circumstances and could not pursue their dreams. We provide them with that opportunity which helps them to turn their dream into reality. We perform an intensive training program that comprises various skill set training that a girl passes through making her self driven and self motivated. During this intensive training program we take utmost care that every girl gets maximum exposure to all the training topics and various skill sets that the company has formulated for them.
