Mission

The mission of Business Intelligence Manager is to ensure the generation of value and decision-making based on data, through the generation of commercial and business "insights" and "foresights", in line with the strategic objectives of the company. organization. Principal functions

• Develops and collects various data sources, such as company data, industry reports, public information, and market analysts.

• Evaluate Business Intelligence data to anticipate and monetize market trends, technology, product, competition and customer.

• Cooperate and interact with areas such as Sales & Account Management, Sales Operations, and Marketing to identify and monitor current and potential customers (Analyzes business requirements, processes and recommends).

• Articulates the Business Intelligence process to deliver actionable recommendations to the sales team to drive funnel and its conversion rate.

• Drives market segmentation, profiling and qualifying leads/opportunities. create and maintains the documentation of the Business Intelligence process.

• Manages the area of ​​business performance management, benchmarking and incubates predictive analytics initiatives and prescriptive

Requirements

• 10+years of experience in business areas intelligence

• Experience at regional level Latin America and international

• Work experience building and leading teams

• Ability to work in a dynamic operation and high pace

• Bilingual— Spanish and English
