Jason Listhaus

Jason Listhaus has extensive legal experience, currently serving as General Counsel at Kushner from October 2023 to March 2024. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of General Counsel and Corporate Counsel at Validity Finance, LLC from July 2020 to September 2023. Additionally, Jason worked as an Associate at Fried Frank from June 2019 to July 2020 and at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP from September 2013 to May 2019. Jason holds a Master of Business Administration with specializations in Accounting, Finance, and Financial Instruments & Markets from NYU Stern School of Business, and a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law, both earned in 2013.
