Tanya Saffadi

Tanya Saffadi has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Tanya most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Kushner Companies, where they played a key role in managing the company's growth and overseeing HR management. Prior to that, they worked as the Interim Global Head of HR for Thomson Reuters, supporting a global organization and leading change management efforts. Tanya also held the position of VP, Head of Human Resources at Equity One, Inc, where they provided advisory and strategic support to the CEO and leadership team. Tanya has also worked in HR roles at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Pfizer Inc, Cisco Systems, and Porter Novelli.

Tanya Saffadi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from William Paterson University of New Jersey. Tanya also has a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, as well as a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology from the same institution.
