Sandro Scharlibbe currently serves as the CEO of Küster Group since July 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Executive Vice President and COO at CMBlu Energy AG from August 2021 to April 2022, where responsibilities encompassed procurement, supply chain activities, and quality management. Scharlibbe's extensive tenure at Brose Group from January 1996 to August 2021 featured multiple executive roles, including Executive Board Member and Executive Vice President for both Interior and Seating Systems divisions, where significant business growth, strategic partnerships, and quality improvement initiatives were achieved. Additionally, Scharlibbe transformed the global procurement organization, earning four consecutive World Procurement Awards. A graduate of Coburg University with a degree in Business/Managerial Economics, Scharlibbe has a robust track record in leadership, organizational development, and operational excellence.
