John Schembari

John Schembari has served as Chair of the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Department at Kutak Rock since January 1998. Prior to this role, John worked as an Attorney at Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. from 1992 to 1998, specializing as an Employee Benefits Associate with a focus on ESOPs and Taft-Hartley Plans. John obtained a JD from Boston University School of Law between 1989 and 1992 and holds a BS in Finance from Marquette University, earned from 1985 to 1989.
