Kristine Poston

Kristine (Irby) Poston is a partner at Kutak Rock, where since April 2013, the focus has been on advising clients in the financing, acquisition, sale, and leasing of commercial real estate, including various types of properties such as office buildings, industrial sites, multifamily projects, restaurants, and retail spaces. Prior experience includes serving as an associate attorney at Polsinelli from July 2011 to March 2013 and at Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie from September 2007 to July 2011. Kristine also possesses experience as a webmaster and marketing coordinator at Comprehensive Software Systems and Endymion Systems, Inc. respectively. Academically, Kristine earned a JD from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law, an MBA in Business/Project Management from Colorado Technical University, and a BS in Psychology from Truman State University.
