Maggie Ebert

Maggie Ebert serves as a litigation partner in the Omaha office of Kutak Rock, specializing in intellectual property, antitrust, and complex commercial litigation, with a national litigation practice across various state and federal courts. Prior to this role, Maggie worked as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Michael G. Heavican at the Nebraska Supreme Court and for the Honorable Lyle E. Strom at the U.S. District Court, where assistance included legal research and drafting judicial opinions. Previous experience also includes serving as a Senior Certified Law Clerk for the United States Attorneys' Offices and a summer associate at Ryley, Carlock & Applewhite.
