Trent Hamoud

Trent Hamoud is a Corporate Associate Attorney at Kutak Rock since September 2022, specializing in drafting and reviewing equity documents for multi-million dollar investments in tax credit-financed real estate projects across the United States. Responsibilities include preparing tax opinions, conducting due diligence, and representing large institutional clients in partnership transactions. Previously, Trent served as a Teaching Fellow at the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law, completed a Tax Internship at Grant Thornton LLP, and held fellowships and internships in the U.S. Courts and municipal courts. Trent's earlier experience as a Financial Analyst at Berkshire Hathaway Energy involved evaluating investment opportunities and conducting market analysis.
