James Harley is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in retail management, having held various leadership roles since 1997. Currently serving as Central Operations Manager at Kutchenhaus Kitchens since December 2007, James fully manages customer services and installation departments, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. Prior experience includes roles as Store Manager at Netto and B&Q, where James was accountable for all aspects of retail operations. James began professional journey at Safeway, progressing from trolley attendant to General Manager across several stores, earning the Store Manager of the Year award in 2003 and being a runner-up in 2004.
