Laura Oksanen

Laura Oksanen is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as the Communications Manager at Kuusakoski Recycling since May 2012. In this capacity, Laura oversees internal and external communications and marketing, manages daily communications, spearheads development projects, and leads cross-functional expert teams. Previously, Laura held the position of Communications Officer at Kuusakoski, focusing on internal and international communications and contributing to significant projects such as a new intranet. Prior to this, Laura worked as a Communications Manager at Hewlett-Packard, where responsibilities included coordinating communications for a major international client and managing a virtual team. Laura began their career as a Press Officer for The Finnish Housing Fair, handling media relations and communications planning. Laura holds a Master of Social Sciences in Communication from the University of Helsinki and participated in an Erasmus exchange program at Loughborough University.
