Omar El Derbas

Omar El Derbas has over a decade of experience in management information systems and business intelligence. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of MIS at Kuwait Finance House since February 2010, Omar has developed a strong background in MIS and reporting for group retail and private banking, having previously held roles as MIS manager and MIS assistant manager. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior MIS Business Analyst and Business Analyst, focusing on human resources performance reporting. Omar began career at Technology World Company from November 2008 to February 2010 as a programmer and BI developer, specializing in business intelligence development. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Kuwait University, complemented by a minor in statistics and operation research, along with a postgraduate program certificate in Data Science from Caltech.
