Sanjay Koul

Sanjay Koul possesses extensive experience in project management and engineering within the oil and gas sector, currently serving as a Specialist Projects (Secondee) at Kuwait Oil Company since June 2006. Prior roles include Senior Engineer Projects, Project Engineer, and Senior Engineer at Consolidated Contractors International Company, where responsibilities encompassed upstream oil and gas, refinery, and power distribution projects. Earlier career positions involved serving as Area Lead Engineer at Bechtel India and Lead Engineer at Jacobs Engineering, contributing to various infrastructure and energy projects. Sanjay Koul holds an M.Tech in Energy Studies from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and two Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Electrical from Gulbarga University and Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, completed in 1992.
