Kelly Buchanan

Kelly Buchanan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kelly most recently worked at KV POWER, LLC as a Marketing and Proposal Coordinator in December 2021. Prior to that, they were a Proposal Coordinator at EC SOURCE SERVICES, LLC from February 2020 to December 2021. Kelly also has experience as an Emergency Dispatcher at the City of Baytown, TX from April 2019 to November 2019. Kelly worked as an English Teacher at Goose Creek CISD from August 2001 to May 2018, and at La Porte ISD from August 1990 to July 2001.

Kelly Buchanan obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Austin College, where they attended from 1984 to 1988. Kelly later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Education at the same institution, completing it from 1988 to 1990. Additionally, Kelly obtained a certification in APMP® Bid and Proposal Management Foundation in May 2023 from APMG International.
