Thomas Børve is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and sales transformation. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Kvadrant Consulting since April 2018, Thomas has guided commercial leaders through periods of change. Previously, as a Senior Partner at Implement Consulting Group from September 2005 to April 2018, Thomas successfully led several significant projects, including a 24-week global sales transformation program for a cargo handling solutions company and the design of a new after-service sales concept for a container handling company. Prior roles at Implement Consulting Group encompassed responsibilities as Partner, Senior Management Consultant, and Management Consultant, focusing on market segmentation, value proposition design, and global sales initiatives. Thomas’s career began in key account management positions at Equant and UUNET/Worldcom. Educational qualifications include an M.Sc. in International Business from Copenhagen Business School and further studies at Università Bocconi and Copenhagen Business School.
