Rondella Sharma

Rondella Sharma has extensive experience in management roles, currently serving as People Manager at Kvadrat since March 2012, with prior positions including Operations Director, Operations Manager, and Office Manager. Before joining Kvadrat, Rondella held the role of Proforma Sales and Sales Administrator at Colefax and Fowler from November 2009 to April 2012. Educational qualifications include a degree in Graphic and Media Design for Advertising from the University of the Arts London, as well as ongoing studies toward a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in HR - People Management at ICS Learn.
