Kjell-Rune Mattson

Kjell-Rune Mattson currently serves as the Hook up Manager for the Johan Castberg project at Aker Solutions, a position held since February 2023. Mattson has extensive experience in the construction sector, having been a Construction Lead at Kvaerner since July 1990, focusing on mechanical, structural, and architectural aspects. Additionally, since March 2015, Mattson has taken on the role of Supervisor at Nyhamna. Educational qualifications include a degree as a Fagteknikker in Maskinteknikk from Bergen Tekniske fagskole (2012-2014), certification as a Level II Insulation Inspector from Frosio isolering (2016), and foundational training in welding techniques from Hammerfest videregående skole (1988-1990).
