Jesus A. Rodriguez is an experienced media professional with a diverse background in journalism and production. Currently serving as the Assistant News Director and Executive Producer at KVIA-TV since June 2016, Jesus A. Rodriguez has also held roles as a News Producer and Photojournalist, where responsibilities included producing the station's flagship broadcast and creating news content. Prior experience includes positions as a Multimedia Reporter at Kokopelli, a General Production Assistant for Noticias22, and a Freelance Writer for Cracked.com. Jesus A. Rodriguez has also served as Editor-In-Chief of the Tejano Tribune, overseeing coverage related to El Paso Community College. Educational qualifications include a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from New Mexico State University and an Associate of Arts from El Paso Community College.
