Kate Papkin

General Manager at Keller Williams Metro Center

Kate Papkin is originally from Washington Township, a Philadelphia suburb located in southern New Jersey. She attended the Pennsylvania State University and studied Communications Arts and Sciences and Journalism. She started her career in real estate 16 years ago as a sales representative for new home builder NVR/Ryan Homes in the Northern Virginia market. She was promoted to divisional Sales Manager after successfully selling for 7 years. She then managed multiple sales teams and communities across varying geographies, driving sales volume and maximizing profitability for the company.

Kate joined Keller Williams in 2016 as the Team Leader/CEO of the KW Metro Center Old Town Alexandria office. During her time as Team Leader, the office doubled in agent count, production, and profit. In 2018, Kate went through the rigorous application and training protocols to become a MAPS (Mega Agent Productivity Systems) leadership coach. In 2019, Kate was promoted to General Manager for all KW Metro Center offices. She continues to drive the mission of the organization with the goals of becoming the premier real estate company in Northern Virginia, both in market share and training.

Kate has a quality-positive approach and places a strong emphasis on relationship building and supporting others. She is dedicated to fostering a workplace of integrity, values, and personal responsibility. Kate lives in Fairfax County with her husband of 12 years, their 3 children, and their Cavachon pup. Kate loves to spend free time with family and friends, traveling, playing games, attending sports events and trying new experiences.
