Nohely Carstens has a diverse work history, with experience in various roles and industries. Nohely started their career as a Counselor at Alpha Womens Center in 2010 and then moved on to work as a Research Associate at the University of Maryland from 2011 to 2012. In 2015, they joined Omega Learning Franchisor as an Educational Coordinator, where they utilized customer service and sales skills to communicate with prospective clients and provide valuable assessments for student progression. From 2016 to 2019, Nohely worked at Kwalu as an Inside Sales Supervisor – Healthcare, and then was promoted to Inside Sales Manager Healthcare from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Inside Sales at Kwalu, starting in January 2022. Nohely has demonstrated their ability to excel in sales and management roles, as well as their commitment to education and counseling.

Nohely Carstens pursued their education by first attending Michigan State University from 2008 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology. Nohely then went on to enroll at the University of Sint Eustatius School of Medicine from 2010 to 2013, earning multiple degrees, including a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), a Certified Hyperbaric Technician (CHT) specializing in Hyperbaric Medicine, and a Bachelor of Medical Sciences (B.Med.Sc) with a focus on Medicine. After completing their medical education, Nohely Carstens furthered their studies at Walden University, where they are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology.
