Mike Ford

Mike Ford is an experienced leadership coach at Mike Ford Coaching and Consulting since January 2023. Concurrently, Mike holds multiple roles at Kwantlen Polytechnic University, including faculty member teaching B2B Sales and Business Strategy, Chair of Business Graduate Programs, and interim Associate Dean. Mike served as President of The Waterpeople Expeditions Inc. from 2000 to 2022, previously working in various positions such as Real Estate Development Coordinator at Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers and Regional Sales Manager at Highlands Irrigation Ltd. Mike's early career includes guiding multi-day river expeditions and overseeing guest services at Big White Ski Resort. Mike earned an MBA in Finance from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurship from the University of Victoria.
