Serena Mawani Parbatani

Serena Mawani Parbatani, MBA, MPEd, currently serves as a Faculty Member at KPU Melville School of Business since May 2022. Prior to this role, Serena held various positions at HSBC, including Manager of Premier Proposition, where management of projects aimed at enhancing HSBC Premier services occurred, and Proposition Manager for Client Acquisition and Growth, responsible for leading annual acquisition campaigns. As Manager of Customer Experience, training initiatives for over 3000 staff members were executed, along with the design and implementation of a digital appointment booking system. Serena's early experience includes a marketing and distributions role at Shuttlesport International. Serena holds a Master of Professional Education from Western University and an MBA from Simon Fraser University, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of British Columbia.
