Dan Boyum

Dan is Vice President of Capital Markets and Development of KWB, LLC. Dan’s primary role is development of equity capital sources and investor relations.

Additionally, Dan’s responsibilities include oversight of hotel acquisition and development, market evaluation and portfolio value enhancement. Dan served as Vice President of Investor Relations for SHP, Inc. from its inception in 2011 through March 2014. He served as Director of Sales for Summit Capital Partners, LLC from 2008 through 2011. Summit Capital Partners, LLC was a registered broker-dealer which raised equity and debt investments for SHP, LLC and non-hotel real estate companies owned by Mr. Boekelheide. Prior to joining Summit Capital Partners, LLC, Dan served as a Registered Representative 1992 to 2008 with various investment firms including Morgan Stanley and Dain Bosworth.
