Mai Shalaby

Mai Shalaby has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Mai currently serves as the CEO and Co-Founder of Kwentra, a position they assumed in November 2021. Prior to this, Mai was the COO and Co-Founder of Cloudinn, where they held the role for 8 years from October 2013 to November 2021. Before entering the world of technology startups, they worked as a Digital Transformation Manager at Sinai For Hotel Management Co. from October 2009 to September 2013. Mai's career began at Opencraft, where they worked as a Business Analyst from an unknown start date to October 2009.

Mai Shalaby completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at The American University in Cairo from 1997 to 2002. Mai then pursued a Master of Computer Science degree at the same university, which they completed in 2006. Later, Mai Shalaby enrolled at Paris ESLSCA Business School and earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2014.
