Stephanie Lim is a seasoned entrepreneur and marketing expert, currently serving as the Co-founder and CEO of Third State Books, a publishing house dedicated to amplifying AAPI voices since January 2022. Prior to this, Stephanie held various influential positions including Head of E-Commerce at S by Serena, where the e-commerce platform for Serena Williams' fashion brand was launched, and Founder & CEO of Earth & Beauty, an online retail brand focused on women's clothing from unique designers. With a robust background as a Marketing Consultant for major retail brands and experience as Director of Marketing at bebe stores and Advertising Team Manager at ModCloth, Stephanie has a proven track record of driving substantial growth through strategic marketing initiatives. Educationally grounded with a Bachelor's degree in History & Literature from Harvard University, Stephanie's diverse experiences span from film development at Sony Pictures to online marketing strategies at Google.
