Rokaia Kasem

Rokaia Kasem has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2019, they worked as a Quantitative Researcher at DADRI - Research Institute, where they built databases, collected data, and processed and coded data. From 2021 to 2022, they served as a Data Management Specialist at Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), working on a quality improvement project in the medical sector in Egypt. Their responsibilities included creating and managing databases for hospitals and analyzing collected data. In 2022, they joined Allianz Partners as a Helpline Care Advisor, responding to customer queries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across multiple channels. Currently, Rokaia is an Account Manager at Kwentra, where they handle client management, troubleshooting issues, and providing support for post-sales activities.

Rokaia Kasem is currently pursuing a degree in Economics and political science at Cairo University. Rokaia began their education at Cairo University in 2017 and is currently enrolled in the program.
