Brandon Jordan has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Brandon began their career as a Loss Prevention employee at Sears in 1996. In 1998, they joined Abercrombie & Fitch, where they held various management roles including District Manager and Store Level Manager. Brandon then worked as a General Manager at Banana Republic in 2003.

Following that, Brandon transitioned into the construction industry. Brandon served as a Project Representative at W.E. Stilson Consulting Group from 2004 to 2007, overseeing residential housing developments. Brandon then worked as a Project Engineer/Operations Manager at Performance Site Company, where they were responsible for document control and cost management on multiple projects.

Moving on, Brandon held roles at Government and Private Solutions and Kelchner, Inc. At the former, they served as an Estimator/Project Manager, estimating site development packages and managing a military housing project. At the latter, they excelled as an Earthwork Project Manager, leading the construction of natural gas well pads and freshwater impoundments, while also providing value engineering solutions.

Brandon transitioned to E.S. Wagner Company in 2012, where they held the role of Project Manager and later became the Director of Business Development. Brandon directed the construction of a fractionation and processing facility and was involved in developing the company's business.

Finally, Brandon currently works at Kwest Group, where they have held multiple positions. Brandon started as a Senior Project Manager in 2017, and then became the Director of Project Management, leading the project management team and establishing KPIs aligned with company goals. Presently, they are the Director of Strategy & Development, responsible for defining and executing the company's growth strategy, overseeing strategic planning, and implementing systems for business intelligence analysis.

Brandon Jordan's education history begins in 1996 when they enrolled at The University of Toledo. Brandon attended from 1996 to 1998 and pursued a field of study in Business Management but did not obtain a degree. In 2003, Brandon then started their Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Systems Management at The Ohio State University, which they completed in 2009. Brandon went on to pursue a Master's of Science in Construction Management at Florida International University from 2010 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Brandon has obtained several certifications. In 2019, they became Procore Certified: Project Manager (Core Tools) through Procore Technologies. In 2016, they received certifications in Market & Selling Strategies and Construction Selling Skills from FMI. While the institution for the OSHA 30 hour and OSHA 40 hour HAZWOPER certifications is unspecified, Brandon has obtained these certifications as well.
